Pianos-Service P.Fuhrer S.A. (hereinafter referred to as ‘Pianos-Service’) is aware that the collection of personal data implies a great deal of trust on your part.


We take this mark of trust very seriously and make it our priority to ensure the utmost confidentiality and security with regard to your personal and sensitive data.


This privacy policy refers to the processing of all forms of personal data within the meaning of the Swiss Data Protection Act (DPA) and, where applicable, within the meaning of the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

By using the platform, you accept the practices described below:

Data’ is defined in article 3 letter a of the Federal Law on Data Protection (LPD; RS 235.1) and in the Federal Ordinance on Data Protection (OPD; RS 235.11), i.e. any information relating to an identified or identifiable person.

Pianos-Service defines in its privacy policy the type of personal data collected through the platform and its procedures for collecting, processing, storing, transferring, using and disclosing your personal and sensitive data.

The policy will apply to all use of the platform, regardless of the manner or means used. It details the conditions under which your personal data is collected when you use the platform.

When using the platform as a user (hereinafter: ‘You’), You agree that Pianos-Service collects and processes your personal data in accordance with this privacy policy.

By accessing, browsing or using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to be bound by it and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

When you access, use, or browse the platform, or when you receive and/or respond to emails/SMS from Pianos-Service, the platform’s server automatically records details about your access and actions. This includes:

9. Cookies, Web Beacons, and Similar Technologies

A cookie is a piece of information that is automatically placed on your computer or mobile device's hard drive when you access certain websites or apps (hereinafter referred to as a "Cookie").

The Cookie uniquely identifies your browser to the server. Cookies allow Pianos-Service to store information on the server (such as language preferences, technical details, click path information, etc.) that help improve your experience on the platform and enable analysis and performance reviews of the platform. Most web browsers are set to accept Cookies, although you can reset your browser to refuse all Cookies or to alert you when a Cookie is being sent. Please note, however, that some parts of the platform may not function properly if you refuse Cookies.

Pianos-Service uses Cookies, Web Beacons on the platform (also known as "action tags" or "invisible GIFs"), as well as other tracking technologies to facilitate your access to the platform, analyze traffic and usage, and identify system issues. This also helps Pianos-Service enhance your experience with the platform and improve its content and design.

Pianos-Service may work with other companies that place Cookies, Web Beacons, or other tracking technologies on the platform. These companies assist Pianos-Service in managing the platform. The use of such technologies by third parties is subject to their own policies, privacy rules, and terms of use, which are not covered by this policy and for which Pianos-Service assumes no responsibility.

10. Google Analytics

The platform uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies, which are text files placed on your computer to help analyze how users interact with the platform. The data generated by the cookies regarding your use of the platform (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers located in the United States. By using the platform, you expressly consent to the processing of your personal data by Google in the manner and for the purposes described above.

11. Data sharing and communication

To Subcontractors

Outside of Pianos-Service, personal data may be made accessible to individuals responsible for operating the platform (such as administration, sales, marketing, legal, or system administration teams), or to third parties based in Switzerland or within the European Union (such as providers of technical services, email services, hosting, IT maintenance, or communication agencies) who are contracted by Pianos-Service to process this personal data. An up-to-date list of these external parties can be requested at any time from the data controller.

Pianos-Service may share your data with subcontractors located in Switzerland or within the European Union who act on behalf of Pianos-Service. Such data transfers are made to support or contribute to the operation of the platform, particularly for managing, hosting, or maintaining the platform, advertising, conducting research, monitoring, and analyzing network status. They may also be used to assist in carrying out business transactions, including providing customer service.

While Pianos-Service may share your data with service providers to carry out the activities mentioned above—such as hosting or platform management—we require that the processing of your personal data by these third parties be limited and carried out in accordance with this privacy policy.

Your data will be hosted in Switzerland.

To Third Parties with Your Consent

Your personal data (excluding medical data) may only be shared with third parties involved in the conclusion of a contract via the platform, such as payment providers, and only with your explicit consent.

To Comply with Legal Obligations or Defend Our Rights

Your personal data may also be shared in response to legitimate requests from governmental authorities, or where required by applicable laws, court decisions, or governmental regulations. It may also be disclosed as deemed necessary for audits, investigations, responding to claims or security threats, or in any other situation necessary to defend the interests of Pianos-Service.

The data processed by Pianos-Service will be stored in Switzerland but may, with your consent only, be transferred to other countries that provide an adequate level of data protection. In such cases, Pianos-Service will comply with all applicable laws and regulations and will take all required and necessary measures prior to transferring any data abroad.

The security of your data is very important to us. Pianos-Service is committed to processing your data appropriately and will take all technical and organizational measures necessary to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of your data.

Pianos-Service follows the strictest security rules and recommendations. We use advanced security technologies and measures, policies, and procedures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, loss, or destruction. Security barriers (firewalls) as well as password protection methods that comply with industry standards are also used to safeguard your identification data.

However, you acknowledge that the use of the internet is not completely secure and carries risks for your data. Pianos-Service will make every effort to protect your personal data, but cannot guarantee or assure that the data you provide to Pianos-Service will be completely safe from theft or unauthorized access by third parties, for which we disclaim all liability.

It is therefore your responsibility to ensure that the computer you use is properly secured and protected against malicious software such as trojans, computer viruses, and worms. You understand that without adequate security measures (including a securely configured web browser and up-to-date antivirus software), there is a risk that the data and passwords you use to protect access to your data could be disclosed to unauthorized third parties.

If your personal data has been accessed improperly by an unauthorized person, or if there are reasons to believe that this has occurred, the applicable law requires us to notify you. Pianos-Service commits to informing you without delay of any breach by email or notification.

If certain pages of the platform contain links to third-party platforms or pages, these third-party platforms or pages do not follow the same privacy policy.

If you choose to visit any of these third-party platforms or pages, you will be redirected there. We have no control over third-party platforms or pages and therefore recommend that you review the privacy statements of these platforms or pages to understand their procedures for collecting, using, and sharing personal data.

15. Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement

In the event of a legal obligation, Pianos-Service cooperates with government representatives, judicial authorities, and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. In such cases, we will disclose all your personal data to government representatives, judicial authorities, and private parties if we consider it useful and necessary to comply with our legal obligations, respond to legal actions or proceedings (including subpoenas accompanied by fines), defend the property and rights of Pianos-Service, protect public or individual safety, or prevent or stop any activity that may be considered or pose a risk of being illegal or subject to criminal prosecution. 16. Asset Transfers

Pianos-Service may sell, assign, transfer, or exchange all or part of its assets, including your data, in the context of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or in the event of bankruptcy or insolvency. Your acceptance of this privacy policy and the submission of your data constitute your explicit consent to such transfers.

17. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This Policy, as well as any questions arising from or related to it (including non-contractual disputes or claims and their interpretation), shall be governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict of law rules.

All disputes, claims, or conflicts between You and Pianos-Service relating to any matter arising from this Policy shall be subject exclusively to the competent courts at the registered office of Pianos-Service, without prejudice to an appeal to the Swiss Federal Supreme Court.
